Hello Mr. Makow.
My name is Megan and I live in Kansas City, MO in the U.S. I am a married mother of 6. One of my middle sons came home from preschool today with a flyer in his backpack advertising a carnival at one of our local high schools. While it had ads for games and rides and food it was mostly centered on how important it was for parents to bring their children to have them signed up for the "MOCHIP" program. This stands for the "Missouri Child Identification Program". What they do is this: they take your child's digital photograph, digital fingerprints, emergency information and emergency contacts, dental bite impression (which they advertise as a way to also collect "valuable" DNA info on you child) and 2 laminated ID cards. They put all this info on a cd that can be used by the police if need be. It is free of charge and the flyer is full of information regarding how important it is so if your child is ever missing the police can use it as a "recovery tool". Guess who the sponsor is? The Missouri Freemasons. What do you make of this?
At the bottom of the flyer is this information:
