I am writing you today regarding one topic in particular -
Debt ; in the hope that we, fellow citizens, can help each other free
ourselves from it. I am not talking about our National Debt - but rather about the Debt that cripples our families and which silently drops us all, one family at a time, as if from calculated sniper attacks.
Let's face it! We are all in Debt... and most of us have that slave collar around our necks!
We have literally become owned by banks, 'secondary investors', and collection agencies who, like spiders, have us entangled on an intricate web of malice - where our only option is to let them suck our lives away or throw away our lives for a few years, after declaring bankruptcy.
These options are NOT acceptable.
I would like to ask you whether you or some of your readers can post information that would EMPOWER us with regards to dealing with that spider.
How do we fight back? How do we escape and stay ahead of that spider?
What rights do we have? What are some successful ways to win this atrocious battle?
PS: I am not talking about debt counseling etc... as these are backed by the banking industry anyway; but rather, would like to know:
Are there any readers out there who are specialists, know the law, have had their fights and want to share valuable info that would help us all? I am looking for 'A' grade info that would help millions of Americans.
Something similar to that Tax guru who fought the IRS and won...
We need someone like that to teach us how to fight the banks when it comes to debt!
Is there a Debt guru out there who can level the playing field for us and arm us with expert info?
Thank you in advance,
Jean from California.
