In the parallel universe of COMMERCIAL
and ADMIRALTY LAW, ALL CAPS in common usage, is not SHOUTING,
but for LEGAL PURPOSES quite meaningful. For LEGAL
purposes, a use
of parTIAL or ALL CAPS carries with
it through various forms of LEGAL JOINDER, entered into by implied consent
or LEGAL trickery and obfuscation, a reduction or loss of citizen
& family status as it relates specifically to ROMAN & BRITISH ADMIRALTY
LAW. ALL CAPS means to CAPITALIZE UPON a man or human being for the express
purpose of "TAKING ADVANTAGE OF." The ALL CAPS NAME is deemed to be a
brainless & souless ENTITY. This is why the FICTION strives to drive both
God & the human soul from our awareness.

Diminutio (meaning
the diminishing of status through the use of capitalization) In Roman
law. A diminishing or abridgment of personality; a loss or curtailment of
a man's status or aggregate of legal attributes and
qualifications.

- The lowest or least
comprehensive degree of loss of status. This occurred where a man's family

A lessor or medium loss
of status. This occurred where a man loses his rights of citizenship, but
without losing his liberty. It carried away also the family
rights.

Diminutio Maxima (meaning a maximum loss of status through the
use of capitalization, e.g. JOHN DOE or DOE JOHN) -
The highest or most comprehensive loss
of status. This occurred when a man's condition was changed from one of
freedom to one of bondage, when he became a slave. It swept away with it
all rights of citizenship and all family
rights.

The ALL CAPS NAME or LEGAL PERSON is neither a
man nor a human being, but an ADMINISTRATIVE ENTITY, INDIVIDUAL or
PERSON no different in status from a piece of inventory in a CORPORATE
WAREHOUSE, a barn yard chicken or a slave in the hold of a Spanish Galleon. In
the case of a DRIVER'S LICENSE this is a FRANCHISE like any
other FRANCHISE, wherein one ostensibly agrees to be bound by the terms of
the FRANCHISE. However, the "DRIVER" is not the man. The man drives for the
DRIVER. This is why driving is depicted as a privilege & not a right. The
slave only has privileges that can be given & withdrawn at the pleasure of
the issuing AGENCY. Only masters - meaning one with self-mastery along
with moral & ethical conscience of independent volition, has true
rights. The "DRIVER" in substance, is like RONALD McDONALD - a LEGAL FICTION. To
be sure, the only lawful contracts, are those contracts to which both parties
have reached a mutually informed & agreed upon consent. For a law to be
truly lawful, the law must do no harm to any man. Those laws which do harm,
even LEGALLY, are unlawful. What LEGAL FICTION is alleged to permit, is that one
may do LEGALLY, that which is often forbidden morally, & thus also forbidden
lawfully. There is no moral premise to LEGAL FICTION or the LAWS of COMMERCE.
And if there appears to be a moral premise to LEGAL FICTION, it is that thing
which appears to be, but is not. Courts of Commerce do not "hear" lawful,
but LEGAL arguments. For the purpose of obfuscation, there is
considerable pretense .---

which is why the all caps. It is not a problem of the existence of the
all caps name, it is a problem of its control :

In our private capacity, no property can be transferred or obtained, which is why we need a straw man.
The
real culprit lies in the relationship inside the trust that is usually
being formed. "do not own anything, control everything". most times ,
you are being made the trustee on the res, in the manner of a trust, a
trust being one of the children of Equity, which means you are the one
paying the fee and keeping the res for the enjoyment of the beneficiary.
It is the reason why we hear Obama saying things like : "we renew our
bond, on this special occasion" or something like that, all trust terms
from the Equitable Jurisdiction that mark clearly the RELATIONSHIPS
between the crown of England, the US etc...
It's a long and interesting subject that the straw man redemption movement barely scratches...
Second Comment from Rich:If you CLAIM to be the all CAPS name on the Birth Certificate
and/or Driver's License contract, or if you claim to be a citizen
of the UNITED STATES you are understood to be chattel of the
commercial state, ultimately a slave to the Crown of England.
It still works the same way. Our founding fathers made a way for
intelligent men to be sovereign kings of their private domains.
You are presumed, by tacit (silent) admission to be a subject of
corporation government if you have not declared sovereignty.
More and more governments are not recognizing sovereignty at all. The
real understanding has to do with TRUST LAW and NOT contracting with
the courts or government in ANY way as much as depends on you.
