OBAMA'S LATEST BETRAYALGay marriage debate last week provided media cover for a hideous law drafted by Monsanto hidden in a spending bill.

Last week, while the mass media was distracting us with gay marriage in the Supreme Court, the Obama Administration and Congress enacted far more deadly legislation under the radar.
1.) The "Monsanto Protection Act" effectively bars federal courts from preventing the planting of genetically engineered (GE) seeds, no matter what health issues may arise concerning GMOs in the future.
2.) The provision's language was apparently written in collusion with Monsanto. According to an article published Monday in the New York Daily News, US Sen. Roy Blunt (R-Missouri) "worked with Monsanto to craft the language in the bill."
Meanwhile the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) has a 'revolving door' for Federal regulators to walk over to lucrative jobs (payoffs) with Monsanto or Big Pharma.
ACTION ALERT - This is a "Conflict of Interests". This is what we, the public must attack.
3.) Many members of Congress were apparently unaware that the "Monsanto Protection Act" even existed within the bill they were voting on. HR 933 was a spending bill aimed at averting a government shutdown and ensuring that the federal government would continue to be able to pay its bills.
"In this hidden backroom deal, Sen. [Barbara] Mikulski turned her back on consumer, environmental and farmer protection in favor of corporate welfare for biotech companies such as Monsanto," Andrew Kimbrell, executive director of the Center for Food Safety, said in a statement. "This abuse of power is not the kind of leadership the public has come to expect from Sen. Mikulski or the Democrat Majority in the Senate."
Mikulski has the audacity to tell the Baltimore Sun that she doesn't support the 'Monsanto rider'.
ACTION ALERT - Such stealth amendments that have nothing to do with the main body of an act are called 'riders'. This is what the public must attack. Demand abolition of such amendments. Only amendments germane to a bill should be allowed.
4.) On Tuesday, Obama gleefully signed HR 933 while the Media focused on the U.S. Supreme Court heard oral argument concerning California's Proposition 8. National Public Radio devoted their entire show to the hearings to avoid reporting the news.
Obama knew 250,000 voters had signed a petition against it because Food Democracy Now were protesting in front of the White House in view of his office window. He signed it anyway with a smile.
5.) It sets a precedent that suggests that court challenges are a privilege, not a right.

This is no small matter. The damage done to the human (and animal) body by genetically messed up "food," just like that of microwaved "food," may not tell on one's health in a noticeable way for years and may never be traced as the cause of the damage but it will be the cause nevertheless.
Franken foods are already causing problems galore among growers, if not those of us who eat the stuff. Similarly, if an honest doctor told you (most don't even know) what nuked food does to your blood you would never ever again eat anything out of a microwave oven.
Keep in mind that more and more nations are outlawing franken foods. They are not nuts, there are very good reasons to keep this garbage out of living bodies. The numbers of good reasons are growing faster than the innovations in screwing up the plants.
Demand from your supposed representatives, now also prostituted to Monsanto, that this attack on us all be reversed immediately and Monsanto be destroyed, run out of the country.
