Cops Arrest Politically Active Student After he Visits a Doctor for a Referral

From Marvin Goldswag:

"I would  like to introduce a video to you about how a Ryerson University student by the name of Steve Katsikaris who was seeking medical help from the university clinic Ryerson Medical Centre around November 18, 2015. Instead, Dr. Brooke A. Hogarth summons the Toronto Police to have Steven detained, handcuffed and institutionalized against his will.

To make it worse, a week after the incident, York Regional Police enters the jurisdiction of Toronto to arrest Steve Katsikaris in his own home in Toronto. The York police officers did not present a warrant before entering his home, and it was only until repeated attempts to ask for a warrant was a warrant provided.

The video claims that the doctor, Dr. Hogarth pressed charges against Steve Katsikaris as though he was mentally competent if he indeed made "threats" to her inside the university clinic. However, if Dr. Hogarth felt afraid of her safety, why did she go back into the office and try to instigate Steve Katsikaris into committing violence? All it appeared was that Steve was exercising his rights and advised her that he will not tolerate police abuse of authority.

I am not trained in law nor psychiatry, but the recorded footage does look like either the doctor at the Ryerson Medical Centre and/or law enforcement have overstepped their power.

I wonder what would have been the case if the doctor was a male and the patient was a female."
