Staying Sane in a World Going Insane

July 4, 2022

testpattern.png(Left. Test Pattern i.e. Keep the mind blank or focused on God/Christ/Consciousness.)

WE NEED TO TAKE REGULAR BREAKS FROM FRETTING OVER OUR DISINTEGRATING SOCIETY  AND FOCUS ON THE BIG PICTURE WHICH HOLDS THE ULTIMATE ANSWER.

The planet is run by Satanists.

We have been programmed to chase money and sex instead of celebrate and obey God.

God is Consciousness, the Sweetness at the core of our Being, ideal love, beauty, truth, the plan for human and social perfection.

We are mostly unconscious, asleep. Our challenge is to wake up!

We create our own reality. We want a better world but we must first create one for ourselves.

It's not how long we live. It's how we live.

Disclaimer -  Is it not hypocritical to write about detaching from the world and yet provide a largely depressing daily feed about current events? I do this because most people are unaware of our real predicament. They are in denial and cling to the pretense that things are normal, that the ship of state can be righted. I hope they're right but in the meantime, we serve God by exposing the work of the devil.

I haven't mastered the wisdom below, that Aldous Huxley called The Perennial Philosophy, but it has helped me cope.

Thinking is an Addiction (Updated from Jan 26, 2016 & March 18, 2022)

by Henry Makow PhD

When I say thinking is an addiction, I'm referring to the compulsive stream of fear, anxiety, judgment, argument, chatter, and trivia that usually fills our minds.

I used to depend on the mass media for my mental image of reality. As a result, I was dysfunctional.

Like sickness, war and poverty, dysfunction is systemic (inherent in society.) They are profitable.

wallace.jpgIlluminati member Harold Rosenthal spelled it out:
"We have converted the people to our philosophy of getting and acquiring so that they will never be satisfied. A dissatisfied people are pawns in our game of world conquest. They are always seeking and never able to find satisfaction. The very moment they seek happiness outside themselves, they become our willing servants."  Harold Rosenthal The Hidden Tyranny
Link isn't working- https://www.henrymakow.com/2019/07/The-Illuminatis-Secret-Weapon.html

TRAPPED IN THE PRISM OF THE MIND

As Rosenthal says, our minds have been programmed to "be dissatisfied" and want more. The programming is in music, movies, TV and education.  There must always be striving, conflict.

Tell a man he is a chicken, and he struts around and clucks and even tries to lay an egg. Thus, men go to war and die "to defend freedom." Look at the Vietnam War for example. "If Vietnam goes Communist," they told us,"all South East Asia will fall."

Didn't happen. Look at Vietnam today. Was that war necessary? Were Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya or Syria? Necessary only for profit and to impose the NWO.

hollywood7.jpg(Remember "terrorists" did this)

The Illuminati fabricate reality. Consider the JFK-RFK-MLK assassinations, 9-11, Boston Marathon, Sandy Hook, the COVID hoax and Ukraine. They determine reality simply by lying.  They created ISIS and are responsible for war crimes as bad as any in history.

They program our minds to adopt self-destructive behavior.

BAD INFLUENCE

-998.png
Teachers can no longer refer to children as "boys" and "girls." Children are encouraged to change their gender and experiment with homosexuality. Women are taught that being a wife and mother is "oppressive" and promiscuity is "empowering."  Men are taught to seek sex and not love. Society is governed by depravity & nonsense.

Un-moored from the Moral Order, (i.e. God, the soul, intuition) the mind is malleable indeed!  "The first effect of not believing in God is that you believe in anything." -- GK Chesterton

We experience our programming rather than reality.  For example, Hollywood presents romance and sex as panaceas and we actually experience them as such...until the illusion dispels like a morning fog. The Cabalists love hypnotizing us with their "magic." By themselves, our minds have no anchor in Truth. The mental world is a house of mirrors.

GROUNDING YOURSELF IN THE REAL YOU

The mind (ego) and the consciousness (soul) are two competing sources of identity. We have been programmed to identify entirely with the ego and deny the existence of the soul.

We need to experience ourselves as consciousness.  Consciousness witnesses ego. Empty the mind of thought and what's left is the real you.

Turn off thought like a light switch. As we shift from mind to spirit, many "desires" fade away. They were mental in character.

The poet Henry More (1614-1687) wrote:
"When the inordinate desire after knowledge of things was allayed in me,  and I aspired after nothing but purity and simplicity of mind, there shone in me daily a greater assurance than ever I could have expected, even of those things which before I had the greatest desire to know."

Like penguins stranded on an ice flo, mankind is an ape colony on a speck in the universe.  No one really understands what we're doing here.

The colony is infected by a parasite which, by "vaccine," war and social engineering, devours the host.

We are here to realize the Creator's purpose.

God wants to know Himself through us.

But collective salvation is NOT possible without personal salvation.

Most of us can achieve personal salvation.

---------------------------------------------------
----NOTE  Christians complain that this is Raja Yoga and New Age. This shows how little they understand Jesus' message.

Matthew 6:26-34 New King James Version (NKJV) 26 Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? 27 Which of you by worrying can add one [a]cubit to his [b]stature?

28 "So why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; 29 and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not [c]arrayed like one of these. 30 Now if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith?

31 "Therefore do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' 32 For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. 33 But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. 34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.

Thoreau echoed this wisdom:

" I know of no more encouraging fact than the unquestionable ability of man to elevate his life by a conscious endeavour. It is something to be able to paint a particular picture, or to carve a statue, and so to make a few objects beautiful; but it is far more glorious to carve and paint the very atmosphere and medium through which we look, which morally we can do. To affect the quality of the day, that is the highest of arts."

Eckhart Tolle:

"Can't stop thinking; can't stop drinking; can't stop smoking; can't stop eating; thinking is a greater addiction than any of these."

I recommend the YouTubes by Eckhart Tolle below.  "Find your identity in the present moment," Tolle says. He is referring to pure consciousness. With so many people spinning webs of crazy thought, we need an anchor in spiritual reality.

Thinking is an addiction. I've attempted to meditate for 60 years and my mind is uncontrollable. A dog sitting in the back seat of a car, with its head stuck out the window, watching the scenery go by, has better concentration than me.

Smoking pot will not save the Canadians and it’s counterproductive to any serious meditative practice. Drugs in general distort the natural flow of organic energy or chi through our meridians. If meditation is to be functional the etheric body has to be awakened and flowing not disturbed by drugs. Drugs in general take our natural defence system down and invite energetic parasites.

People that smoke pot permanently feel as if they have a cold and lose all the ambition. I remember, few years back by mistake smoking a few puffs of a joint thinking it was a rolled tobacco and I lost ambition to even float in my pool.

In addition, drugs in general (pot less so) are portals and quick connectors to astral worlds but not the good parts of astral worlds but instead the trashy, unhealthy parts that are polluted with beings of questionable integrity. This is often a reason people experience bad trips.

Heavy drugs such as heroin are direct connection to extremely dangerous beings all the way to the boss. This is the very reason why heroin addicts are wrecked their families included. Meditation and drugs don’t go hand in hand at all. First thing I had to give up over a decade ago was drugs in general to be able to conduct daily and lengthy meditation, amplify my consciousness and cognise spiritual realities.

Guided meditation should never be the basis of building a subtle body and vehicles of vision. The proper way is to conduct a practice first thing upon waking up and before eating a breakfast. In total silence. For the best results the meditation should be done around the same time every morning same spot, and never in open space this is where spiritual forces find you easier. Meditation in nature after nuclear wars is not recommended either. Rishis could do this but we can’t. The whole point of meditation is a subtle body building which allows for spiritual vision.

Steven Hawkins said something like this:
"The universe is because it is the only one you can perceive”. True?

My humble thoughts are that the universe is because it is the only one that you have created for yourself by your thoughts and actions.

Give away the thoughts and actions that create YOUR perception of the universe and you will experience a blessed ‘emptiness’ in your head which enables God to prompting actions and thinking in your heart (soul) and spirit so you can create a better universe.

Remember darkness it nothing else than the absence of light. So let your light shining.

Once I completely understood that the governments are communist and founded on the principles of Satan, I am getting better at keeping my mind safe by ignoring the nonsense. When I find my mind drifting into the cesspool of politics and other issues, I simply switch my mind to things that exist in the natural order. This works every time and my life is improving. A Satanic organization has no authority to do anything. All men are responsible for themselves to remain within the natural order. When people go outside of it, they do the harm to themselves and others around them.

The enemy is direct energy weapons, and media brainwashing.

'if you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice,' for evil. In matters of the soul, one must not hedge. If for no other reason than
the cultivation of the soul is a life long endeavor. There is no time to hedge. If you are hedging, you've already succumbed to evil. The soul
is one area in which one must not be cagey. But, it's never too late, as late is better than never.

The Rush quote from Free Will above. Even the songwriter wasn't sure here or so it appears as the inner sleeve lyrics read:

'if you choose not to decide, you can not have made a choice.' :)

Begging the question, proposing the ponder, which is it?

One must not mistake falling for evil, for standing for something.

One must not do random, thinking they are doing something random, on a whim, when they are doing for evil, these placed, preconceived notions
mentioned above.

Being in control of one's own mind in this way - seriously considering it is a novel proposition to most. Seems too difficult. This too is because of brainwashing, and direct energy weapons, the above mentioned focal point of attack.

Barry (UK) said (August 12, 2019):

I recall many years ago listening to NWO researcher Alan Watt. He said, (paraphrasing) one of the greatest difficulties people will have in the future is holding onto to their sanity.” You can see it happening, particularly with the younger generation who seem rudderless and have no firm ideas on right or wrong. Of course this is part of the elites divide and rule strategy. Divided people with no shared understanding are helpless against a powerful elite who have a plan. A passage in the Protocols sums it up perfectly. “We have fooled, bemused and corrupted the youth of the Goyim by rearing them in principles and theories which are known by us to be false, although it is they that have been inculcated.” When you have control of the movie industry, television, the press and the education system, driving people crazy is a simple thing to do.

David said (August 11, 2019):

I can see how the elites have convinced themselves they are capable of replacing God as the supreme beings in the universe: they know our whereabouts via cellphone GPS (omnipresent); they know our innermost thoughts posted via email, Instagram, Reddit and Twitter (omniscient); they stage false-flag terror attacks and murder their enemies in full public view, yet never face justice in the courts of law (omnipotent). Their only weakness is they're mortal like the rest of us, but with their unimaginable concentration of wealth, I'm sure they're working on a solution for that.

Andy said (August 11, 2019):

The condition of being you describe is marked by Danish philosopher by Søren Kierkegaard in his book 'The sickness unto death', which I would recommend to you. It is the soul in a state of acute self-awareness of self, but with an absence of God;

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Kierkegaards-Writings-XIX-Psychological-Exposition/dp/0691020280/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=sickness+unto+death&qid=1565518692&s=gateway&sr=8-3

It is the preparatory state of soul for repentance of sins and surrender of the free-will to God in acceptance of Christ as Saviour, as is necessary for salvation;

Mark 8:35

"For whosoever will save his life, shall lose it: and whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel, shall save it."

Luke 13:5

"No, I say to you; but except you do penance, you shall all likewise perish."

What is needed is not Eckhart Tolle, but Christ and obedience to His Gospel and persistent prayer - classically the 'Our Father';

Matthew 6:9-15

'Thus, therefore, shall you pray Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our supersubstantial bread. And forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation. But deliver us from evil. Amen. For if you will forgive men their offences, your heavenly Father will forgive you also your offences. But if you will not forgive men, neither will your Father forgive you your offences.'

Luke 11:9-10 (persistent prayer)

'And I say to you, Ask, and it shall be given you: seek, and you shall find: knock, and it shall be opened to you. For every one that asketh, receiveth; and he that seeketh, findeth; and to him that knocketh, it shall be opened.'

No, it is not (hypocritical).

It can be depressing (to provide a large twitter feed to readers) if one allows themselves to be this way.

It may at the moment seem like "whatso profits a man to gain the whole world only to lose his soul"?
Only at the moment, it may seem this way. After consumption (of the "news") comes thought. Then comes respite. Then knowing or wisdom - "an intellectual and spiritual focal point".

My prayers remain with you.

May the Creator continue to shield protect and bless you.

Why wait any longer for the world to begin
You can have your cake and eat it too--
Bob Dylan 1969

If you are constantly living in a state of anticipation you are letting life pass you by. We tell ourselves that once we get the things we want, then our dreams can be fulfilled. That one never seems to work too well because you are not living life spontaneously. It's as if you're an investor trying to predict and control the future. Your dreams then turn to nightmares because there is always future events in your life that you didn't predict that alter your course. Only God is in control of the future.
You are happiest as a child because you appreciate everything you have been blessed with. An ungrateful person is always a miserable person.

As we get older our sinful carnal minds take over and we experience envy, disobedience, and unhappiness. Growing up is conquering the sinful thoughts and acts we experienced in the juvenile period of our youth. If we succeed we then are no longer slaves to our once worldly sins and desires.

Once we accomplish this we then become as children again.

As Jesus tells us in the Book of Mathew 18:3
"Verily I say unto you, except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven". (KJV)

There is no happiness greater than that which exists in the kingdom of heaven.

I appreciate your essays very much. Imran said (December 25, 2018):

The original Christian view is that the mind gets its information from the five senses. Plus its biology. The soul gives some supernatural abilities to mankind. The last point about the soul is questionable and it cannot be proven scientifically. It is a personal belief that one can adopt if they wish. I lean towards it myself.

Morals with people and societies change through the five senses. The Globalist with their cultural power have been trying to get rid of some things and introducing others ie transgender, homosexuality to reduce the population. Overall the effect is generally harmful to any pagan or saint. However, they seem to want to modify society not self destruct mankind. It would not be in their interests to do that...though the schemes could foolishly end up doing that anyhow.

God from the original Jewish/Christian (Apostle) point of view has a certain standard that He wants only those with the New Birth to follow. He has been selective of choosing his saints from the mortal flock down the centuries. Then He gives them inputs from Himself on how to please Him. This is not given to the pagan stock for He chose not to since roughly the time of Abraham. This is why the patriarch was told to leave Ur.

So my belief: Five Senses, Biology, Soul (I don't think I will ever know what it is all about 100%, but the article does provide good ideas), and God; who provides supernatural inputs, but only for saints who are elected, but not all of mankind, unless of course He feels that things need to move in a certain way...ie hardening Pharaoh's heart.

Merry Christmas to all the readers and to you Mr. Makow.

I was recently exposed to the concept of Heartfull meditation, where a practitioner mentioned we have three seats of intelligence: our gut, our hearts, and our minds. So if you declutter your mind, the gut and heart are left, to be cultivated. We all know the saying “go with your gut.” They say the heart is the home of intuition, integrity, conscience, morals, and love.

Have you noticed we’ve all become eggheads? Some of us remember when the PC was first introduced, it had been championed by awkward nerds who had no sense of direction, no life, and no social skill— people we actually used to mock, who spent their life’s energy interacting with machines. Now we are all like that. Gotta go back in time, cut back on computer time, turn off our phones.

Vincent said (December 22, 2018):

So how do we reconcile these scriptures with the following from Ezekiel 9 below is a question I would like to propose to Henry or others for comment. Who is grieving and lamenting over all the detestable things happening throughout the world today? So often I have found Christians today to be the most distracted of all people with no concern for anything apart from a ticket out of here on the presumption of a false rapture when things get too hot. This observation is not to judge others, but to glean the thoughts of others. Are we to spend our days grieving and lamenting these terrible things when we allow our minds to think of all the abominations and atrocities taking place today, and then allow our minds to cast those thoughts off?

My own thoughts are Jesus said my kingdom is not of this world. All creation is groaning terribly. We are rapidly moving into greater enslavement, sin and deception. I lament and grieve for the pain being inflicted on the innocent. The blind guides leading the blind. To say that makes me an intercessor to have such thoughts and feelings, discounts your own accountability to grieve and lament today. This is not directed at Henry who's website I appreciate and have gained much insight from.

Ezekiel 9

He answered me, “The sin of the people of Israel and Judah is exceedingly great; the land is full of bloodshed and the city is full of injustice. They say, ‘The Lord has forsaken the land; the Lord does not see.’ 10 So I will not look on them with pity or spare them, but I will bring down on their own heads what they have done.”

JJ said (December 22, 2018):

would disagree with the first half of the article. The most materialistic people I know are people on welfare who will always say, "I don't put money first." Yes they do put money first, they put my tax-payers money ahead of their money and certainly don't mind robbing me so that they can live comfortably. People need to take care of themselves. That should be first priority. The most materialistic people are those on welfare who love to say, "My taxes are paying for this," when most of them never worked a day in their lives.

G said (December 22, 2018):

he thought that kept coming to my mind after reading your article today, Henry, is: "Ye shall know them by their fruits." Our lives reflect out thoughts and if our lives are bearing good fruit it may mean we have our thoughts in order. But what is "good fruit?"

To me it is love and health. and a carrying of one's own life, a participation with existence to make life work, not just livable but enjoyable. Ah, but today there are challenges because we have evil at the helm, tearing down our dreams, stealing our money, tampering
with our freedom. So everyday-thought moves to the defensive: Okay, what do I have to do to survive?

They are in the way of our thought processes because they invade it with concerns not natural to evolution, but rather like some side-trip to Hell where we have to fend off all manner of intrusion and infringement. So, we are, of course, in the fight of our lives. I guess it will take a super consciousness to say, "I am captain of my soul and will not let my mind be dirtied by these cruel challenges they have presented to me." There is some resolve in that.

Thinking is a vehicle. It can take us to solution and peace, or it can beat us into defeat. To know the mind is to see the soul in the present. What is it saying? Each will hear a different response.

Henrique shines in his comment, especially here:

"Your spirit must ride your mind, or you're basically lost."

Yes, before mind, we are spirit. Just my belief.

I just finished reading "Getting Out Of The Matrix". As always what you write is very thought provoking and memorable, not only in regards to what you have to say, but also how you express your thoughts in words. You truly are a wordsmith! I don't think that I will ever forget your sentence or memorable images your sentence "Like penguins stranded on an ice flow, mankind is an ape colony on a speck in the universe" bring to mind, nor the nihilistic and hopeless sentiment the sentence conveys. That being true, may I suggest that "No one really understands what we're doing here." would indeed be true, if and only if, we did not have God's self-disclosure, and His stated purpose for creating the world and us, found in the Bible. A great article to read for an excellent Biblical, Christian exposition on this important topic is John Piper's "Why Did God Create The World".

have to agree with Henrique on this one, in that I associate these types of articles with New Ageism, which is a fruit of our satanic rulers.

The problem with authors such as Tolle is that they preach naturalism. They deny the cross and preach salvation free of dogma.

What do the 10 Commandments mean to Tolle? How about the consequences of denying the 10 Commandments e.g. broken families and sexual addiction?

How is the Power of Now going to save us from sin? What is sin according to a man like Tolle? Is it relative to the 'individual'? What universal laws is man bound by according to Tolle? Or do he just need to focus on the 'now' and everything will magically fall into place?

I'll stick to praying my daily Rosaries and reading Sacred Scripture, etc.

Apparently, given the comments that you have not been understood. It's a shame but understandable.

American culture (which even Americans of good will hardly escape) is in itself a great fiction that originated in the false idealist philosophy (Descartes, Kant et al) that radically denies - against the evidence - the possibility for man to know something (ie partially and imperfectly) of reality.

The human soul is not ectoplasm but according to Aristotle (hylomorphism) and St. Thomas Aquinas, the "form" of the human compound, the organizing principle of matter premium, which itself n ' is not to be real. The soul is immortal because not divisible puisqu'immatérielle. She survives death is the dissolution of the human compound.

In its majority, the "white" America is Protestant, so more or less Kantist. He is seen here once again in these sad comments - dear friend, forgive me emphasize - that Protestantism (in general) is not a kind of "Christianity", but against-religion and against -Philosophy of authentic Christianity, called "Catholicism" since the sixteenth century. Despite the misleading vocabulary, there are opposition contradiction between the two.

The existence and uniqueness of God as being real and not simply thinking or "being of reason" rationally demonstrated in many ways that deny Protestantism. Here begin the drift and ambiguity. This is of course sought.

I don't think emptying the mind does anything for you in the long run. It's kind of selfish really. Probably the happiest people are those who are busy doing things for others. I am thinking of a young nun who works on an Indian reserve. She's brimming over with love. She was married - had kids. She, her husband and her kids are determined to help on the reserves. At the moment, she's looking after her parents and working on another reserve. You should see her. She's radiant.

Ava said (January 27, 2016):

I read your newsletter daily. But I find this article somewhat misleading.

The problem, and how the world got into the grips of the cabal, is by NOT thinking.

Blind acceptance, without applying one's own intelligence and observations, is not the same thing as "thinking". Who could believe that an airplane built out of aluminum could fly straight through a skyscraper made of steel? The same goes for how the towers fell. An airplane would not cause them to fall like a controlled demolition. If one stopped to THINK about it, they would question the official story. As indeed many physicists and aeronautical engineers have done and written copiously about it.

People have been programmed to trust in authority -- government, politicians, news readers, published books and newspaper articles. Plus, it seems to be part and parcel of adult human nature: look at The Emperor's New Clothes fairy tale: it took the perception of a child to disclose the truth. Adult humans tend to a herd instinct. Hence the term "sheeple" or blind followers.

We got into the mess we're in because people have not been thinking!

They have also been deprived of information. Important information that enables one to think and draw conclusions contrary to what's doled out by the media and government is deliberately withheld, so that unless one spends what requires a great deal of time and effort doing "off road" research people do not have the information to ascertain false flags, and downright lies. It becomes easy to see through the lies and propaganda once people are alerted to a few simple facts about the true nature of those in charge. That's why this information is hidden.

How do you change the populace so that they start disbelieving rather than believing hook line and sinker everything they are told? They need to be wised up. But children are a whole other matter: they are brainwashed before their critical thinking skills develop.
Public Relations -- a euphemism for propaganda -- is one of the greatest evils of the 20th century because it is the art of deception and manipulation. The PR bible, "Propaganda" was written by Sigmund Freud's nephew. The psychopaths running the world have all the best psychological tools at their disposal to mesmerize and program humanity, and they have used them mercilessly.

In my view we could get out of this mess if only people would stop sleepwalking, wake up, and start THINKING.

Another thing: I have come to distrust any author who gets published on a massive scale, like Tolle. I'm sorry, but nothing gets published unless it contributes to the evil agenda because of who owns the publishing houses. Once awakened, it's a very lonely world indeed.

Re: Thinking is An Addiction

Firstly, I’m so grateful for all the work you have done. I have read your first book and your others are waiting in my book shelves to get to.

I whole heartedly agree that we are constantly being told what and how to think and feel.

But as my Catholic priest says, there is not one person in the whole world that you are going to agree with 100% of the time. So, not having seen the Eckhart Tolle video, I would caution against meditation after having read the Australian New Scientist magazine of 16 May 2015. The article Ommm… aargh!, page 28, stated that "7 per cent of people of meditation retreats experienced profoundly adverse effects, including panic and depression.” “Another reason … is that when you meditate ‘the scum rises to the surface’. … intrusive thoughts and feelings - such as sexual, sad, fearful or violent ones - that may arise rather abruptly when you meditate. … Buddhist texts that explain how individuals who have become enlightened through meditative practice may act amorally if their actions are undertaken in a detached state of mind. Rather than being exceptional, the association between meditation and detached killing became the norm in Japan during the second world war. … People who try meditation and mindfulness should be aware of the whole range of effects associated with these techniques and how they work differently for each of us.”

Again, that you so much for your work and I look forward to reading tomorrow’s article.

I just finished reading your essay on mind control. It's so heart wrenching to see all the turmoil, discontent, and the tragic dysfunction heaped upon decent God loving people(Americans as a whole, decieved by the crumbling yet powerful elite shit heads) who take the false flag garbage as the total truth. As a native Philadelphian who constantly tries to maneuver the current waterways of evil, misinformation and well, corruption to the core of my nation, I am Henry, confused and broken by what feels like a world of total street theater run by these wicked brainwashed imbeciles. What am I to do amidst a beautiful people (USA) hijacked by a Satanic cabal?

Please pray for us. Please continue your honest evaluations of this complete false flag garbage. And feel free to be still and be filled with our creators protection and love..

Brings me back to the ancient traditions of the Early church Fathers called Hesychasm.

http://orthodoxwiki.org/Hesychasm

The ancients knew thinking could be dangerous to one's peace of mind. Specifically, the random thoughts that pop into one's mind and create their own narrative.
One of the foremost speakers featured on Public Television is a Dr Amen who labels these progressive random thoughts as ANTS, which result in depression and thwart psychological and physical rehabilitation and lifestyle changes of any kind.

While ridiculed by some as a "snake oil salesmen", most who listen to him recognize this part of his lectures as truth........proving once again .

There is nothing new under the sun. Just new ways of telling it.

This article on media-enhanced psychological warfare warping our thinking and causing "over-think"about the wrong things is well-taken.

We're relentlessly prodded away from spiritual pursuits and a life of reflection and virtue.

I would add, however, that even the alternative media and overall freedom movement needs to reflect on itself a little.

Namely, I mean that "patriots" tend
to over-think about the bad guys and dark days and avoid solutions. Alex Jones is a case in point and the many that he influences, but it goes way beyond him. How much do we need to know about the bad guys and their nefarious schemes, before we act? Is reading 100 books enough? 1,000? 10,000? If a house is on fire, do we ponder the nature of fire? True, some details and updates are needed to get a good handle on Illuminati tactics, agendas, crimes etc. A degree of careful study will always be necessary, of course.

But when you consider something like Social Credit (www.socred.org or www.michaeljournal.org) which can short-circuit and disarm the controlling bankers' chief weapon--the debt-based money system, the theft and harnessing of the communal capital for the bankers' own wealth and power, etc.--there needs to be a more straightforward pursuit of such a solution, in order to dedicate unified energy to the core problem, rather than patriots shooting their arrows in 10,000 different directions.

That confusion of, and complexity within, the freedom movement is probably partly induced by the powers-that-be. Even the emphasis placed on exposing Jewish control can go too far, since that fixation, regardless of its accuracy, is an easy excuse for well-intended reformers to be tagged and dismissed as anti-Semites. Sometimes, "exposure" is not enough. We need to seek solutions, however fleeting they sometimes seem, with as much focus as we can muster. That is "thinking" that's well-spent. If we correct the financial hold the rulers have on us, we can open new doors to higher levels of personal reflection and leisure time--and that would also buy valuable time to reorient our governing structures and send certain malefactors to prison for gargantuan lengths of time, all very well-deserved.

Thanks for the food for thought Henry. Here is are two quotes my a Muslim writer named Yasmin Mogahed that are similar sentiments.

"So for all those, who have spent their life seeking, know that purity of any thing is found at the Source. If it is love that you seek, seek it through God. Every other stream, not based in His love, poisons the one who drinks from it. And the drinker will continue to drink, until the poison all but kills him. He will continue to die more and more inside, until he stops and finds the pure Source of water.

Once you begin to see everything beautiful as only a reflection of God's beauty, you will learn to love in the right way: for His sake. Everything and everyone you love with be for, through and because of Him. The foundation of such love is God. So what you hold onto will no longer be just an unstable feeling, a fleeting emotion. And what you chase will no longer be just a temporary high. What you hold, what you chase, what you love, will be God: the *only* thing stable and constant. Thereafter, everything else will be through Him. Everything you give or take or love or don't love, will be by Him. Not by your nafs. It will be for Him. Not for your nafs/self."

Thank you so much for the beautiful post.

Just thought I'd share part of a verse from the Quran:

"Surely, in the remembrance of God do hearts find true serenity." (13:28)

The part of you that watches your thoughts is the real you, it is your soul. This is what we do in meditation. Yet, while your are watching, you need a yardstick to measure and to evaluate those thoughts. This was hinted at in your Test Pattern with a picture of Christ in the middle. Your soul needs the Truth to anchor it in spiritual reality, to discern which thoughts are worth keeping and which thoughts to chase away. This is what we do in prayer.

Gene said (January 8, 2015):

You are correct about the soul. Jesus said that the Kingdom of God is within us, unqualified. That Kingdom of God is the soul and both are spiritual. We know that the spirit controls the physical because God, the spirit, created all of the physical. Our concentration must be to seek and begin to appreciate our soul as the Kingdom of God. Jesus told us how to do that by loving our fellowman and God. All we have to do is heed as best we can the simple instructions of Jesus and everything in our life changes for the good.

I have spent vast amounts of time pondering why we are here and can only come to a simple conclusion that makes sense. God gave us free will so that we would come to him, not because we have to, but because we want to out of love for him. All that we endure seems to point to that conclusion. Without difficulties, we would have no choices to make including choosing God.

Keep up the good work.

Is it possible that our reality is created by the frequency of energy we put out? I haven't owned a TV in 8 years...I giggle like a monkey when I see one because I SEE the TV as such a potent mind control device especially the new HD TV's. The TV actually REDUCES our frequency.

I think more and more we are going to have separate "reality frequencies" that people will experience during this Shift that is happening. The Illuminati and their "military industrial mickey mouse complex" will blow itself up over time while other people of higher frequency will enjoy love with the farmers and joyous people of the planet. That is my opinion based on observation of what I see "energetically" taking place...

John G said (January 7, 2015):

As scripture tell us, only the pure in heart will see God. The scholars and the learned are often too wrapped up in their carnal analysis of things. This prevents them from having a pure mind and heart. They always rely on man's interpretation of reality and not God's through the scriptures. To them the Holy Bible is a collection of fables and contradictions that, for the life of them, they just can't grasp. Their beliefs are rooted in science and biology where the soul is absent and can have no place.

If salvation was all about worldly knowledge than only the scholars would have a place in the Kingdom of Heaven. Salvation comes from the consciousness of man's being in relation to God's commands. Their is no better illustration of this than the Parable of The Good Samaritan. The learned Levite priest walks by a wounded man on the side of the road while the lesser and looked down on Samaritan rescues him. Who is the the true pious one here that knows God?

Knowledge by itself never saved anyone's soul but only love through charity can cover a multitude of sins.
